The index has three reports where sequential injections from the same polypropylene vial showed declining peak area, which is an artefact of the container and not the lot; sample-prep detail is mandatory and the record page prints the vial material. Purity is the lowest of any short-to-medium peptide tracked here (median 96.8 %) because the synthesis is long and the crude is difficult to resolve preparatively.
