Two species are sold interchangeably as "humanin": the wild-type 24-mer and the S14G analogue HNG, which differ by 42 Da and 0.15 min. The index treats them as separate compounds and reclassifies on mass; roughly a fifth of submissions labelled HNG mass as wild type. Coverage is thin. Where a supplier's HNG lots repeatedly mass as wild type the supplier page notes it under documentation rather than under purity, because the material is not impure — it is mislabelled.
